Return & Exchange Policy:

ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE, EXCHANGE ONLY.

All Luxe Aura hair extensions and products come sealed with a security void label. Once opened, the hair cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges and returns must have the seal intact and not broken, no exceptions can be made. Our packaging is clear and you can see the color without needing to open it. You can also purchase a color ring or a sample of the color.

Absolutely no exchanges or returns of opened packages are possible.

We will accept any  exchanges within the 30-day purchase period, provided the item has not been used or opened. All exchanges are required to meet the return standards. Exchange requests must be made within the 30 days of delivery. Each pack of hair has a void sticker on it, once opened the hair may not be returned.  No exceptions. Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on hair that has been used or opened because it is a real human hair product. Once this sticker has been opened the hair is considered used. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee for refunded orders. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.  All exchanges are subject to an exchange processing fee of $12.50 which covers the shipping costs to both return and ship the exchange, administrative, packaging and processing fees.  

• All items must be returned in their original packaging.

• All hair care items are final sale.

• 30-day return policy begins from the day your order is delivered.

• Luxe Aura Hair assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or loss by carrier handling the returned merchandise.

• You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

• Allow up to 2-3 weeks for the credit to be issued.

This Company does not exclude liability for any damage caused due to improper installation. After the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products. Luxe Aura Hair will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Luxe Aura Hair products at their own risk. Luxe Aura will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, no exceptions.
