Shipping Policy of LuxeAura
1. Where do you ship?
We ship orders worldwide.
2. What are your shipping times?
We have a daily pick-up from USPS at 2pm Central Time and a UPS pick-up (Monday through Friday only) at 3pm Central Time.
3. What if the order never arrives?
If the product was never delivered we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement. For further information on this policy please review our Terms & Conditions.
International orders will have $20 processing fee.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, there may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Expected Shipping Times
Orders take 7-14 Days to prepare and ship. Luxe Aura Hair does not take responsibility for products that are lost or stolen after they have shipped with proper tracking. We are not responsible after we have shipped any items. Please contact carrier for any lost packages. We are not responsible for the postal carriers.
